Staff Governor – Class Teacher

I am delighted to have been elected (July 2022) as Staff Governor of Lime Tree Academy. My role enables me to bring a staff perspective to the governing body, as well as share staff views and concerns where appropriate. I always aim to give a fair and accurate representation of staff opinion. 

Lime Tree has been at the heart of my teaching journey to date, I began my teacher training with @everyonelearning in 2017. I have since taken on further responsibilities and currently lead assessment, music, and geography. I am involved in staff development for Trainee Teachers and Early Career Teachers, on behalf of Bright Futures. 

In my spare time, I love to travel and have to date ticked off 43 countries of the world. I enjoy reading and playing netball too!
