Hello and welcome to Reception
Within Early Years we ensure the children have a safe and happy place to learn, work, and play. Children are guided on a nurturing journey, enabling them to become confident, inquisitive, imaginative, and empathetic learners. The fully inclusive and personalised curriculum promotes independence and encourages children to embrace challenges and to persevere. Children will develop their metacognitive knowledge of how they learn-their knowledge of themselves as learners, of strategies, and of tasks. We believe there is no limit to what children can achieve, with determination, hard work, and a positive attitude anything is possible.

It is British Sign Language Week this week! We have learnt so many new signs and understood how people communicate through BSL 🌟
Today for British sign language week we practiced some sign language. We learnt ways to greet ourselves and different animals. The videos show cow, pig, a conversation asking what their name is, good evening, good afternoon and good morning.
