Tree Tots
Within Early Years we ensure the children have a safe and happy place to learn, work, and play. Children are guided on a nurturing journey enabling them to become confident, inquisitive, imaginative, and empathetic learners. The fully inclusive and personalised curriculum promotes independence and encourages children to embrace challenges and to persevere. Children will develop their metacognitive knowledge of how they learn-their knowledge of themselves as learners, of strategies, and of tasks. We believe there is no limit to what children can achieve, with determination, hard work, and a positive attitude anything is possible.

Park days are the best days 🌿
We took our Tree Tots out for a little adventure, and it couldn’t have gone better! From enjoying a relaxed snack together on the grass to exploring all the different play equipment, the children were full of curiosity, energy, and big smiles.
Climbing, sliding, balancing, and plenty of giggles along the way—it’s amazing how much learning happens through simple outdoor play. Moments like these help build confidence, coordination, and friendships too.
A huge thank you to our wonderful parent volunteers for joining us and supporting the trip—we truly appreciate your time and help in making experiences like this possible 💛
We’re so proud of how everyone explored, shared, and enjoyed their time in the fresh air. We can’t wait for our next outdoor adventure!
Happy St George’s Day from our Tree Tots!
Yesterday the children got creative by designing and making their very own shields in our creative area 🛡️✨ The children explored colours, shapes and patterns while proudly creating something uniquely their own.
We also gathered together for a short story about St George, where the children enjoyed listening and beginning to understand the tradition behind the day 📖
A lovely mix of creativity, imagination and storytelling to celebrate! ❤️

It was so special to see you spending time in the classroom, sharing smiles, laughter, and precious moments with your little ones. These experiences mean so much to the children— having you there helps build their confidence, strengthens their sense of security, and supports their social and emotional development.
Playing together in their learning environment also helps children feel proud and excited to show you what they do each day, while deepening that all-important bond between home and nursery.
We loved having you with us and hope you enjoyed it just as much as the children did! 🌟
Today at Tree Toys, our little learners enjoyed the wonderful story *Oliver’s Vegetables*! 🥕📖
After reading, we brought the story to life with a trip to our local Tesco, where the children explored and found the vegetables from the book. 🛒🥔
This hands-on experience helped the children recognise, name, and recall different vegetables while making meaningful connections between stories and the real world.
A fun and engaging way to build confidence, language skills, and curiosity about healthy foods! 🌽✨

Today the children were introduced to tooth brushing 💙
Through play, songs, and lots of giggles, the children learned how we take care of our teeth and why brushing is important. Building healthy habits starts early, and we’re so proud of our little learners for giving it a go! 🌟
Teeth brushing has now been incorporated into our daily routine, to support consistency and independence.
Don’t forget to keep the brushing fun at home too 😁

We’ve been back from our Christmas break for a few weeks now, and we just wanted to say a little sorry for being quiet on Instagram 💚
The reason? We’ve had some lovely new children join our Tree Tots family, and our main priority has been exactly where it should be — with our children. Supporting their well-being, helping them feel safe, happy, and settled into Tree Tots has been our absolute focus 🤍

🌟🎶 World Nursery Rhyme Week Fun with Tree Tots! 🎶🌟
Yesterday, our little stars took the stage and performed “Wheels on the Bus” for all of Early Years! 🚍✨ It was a day full of giggles, claps, and plenty of joyful singing as we celebrated the magic of nursery rhymes! 🎤💫
We love seeing our Tree Tots shine as they build confidence and have fun with music and movement. 🥳🧸
