Our team of eco-ambassadors met with a representative, Matt, from the “Let’s Go Zero” organisation this half term, to discuss and develop the school’s Climate Action Plan and learn more about the recent installation of 200 solar panels on our building. This was their second meeting with Matt and over the course of their meetings they have explored strategies to reduce Lime Tree’s carbon footprint, improve sustainability practices, and engage the wider school community in climate-friendly initiatives. The session provided the team with guidance, practical ideas, and a clear roadmap to make their school more environmentally responsible.
The Eco Ambassadors continue to work hard to promote sustainability and reduce our overall environmental impact so please do keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events!
